More About PAM

With over 30 years as a seasoned consultant, I’ve had the privilege to work with startups through to industry giants.

Every single one of them has grappled with the same issue:

A never-ending tsunami of people problems that crush productivity, gobble up precious time, create rework, and sap energy.

Pretty soon, employees are more focused on resume updates and exit strategies than the project at hand.

It didn’t take long for me to figure out that culture is ALWAYS the missing link. But it’s understandable that RESULTS steal the limelight. It’s like they’re the ruby red slippers of leadership. But we’re not in Kansas anymore!

The thing is:

Results always follow culture. But leaders are head-over-heels obsessed with results. Which means we keep looking for answers in all the wrong places.

Here’s how I define “culture”:

The shared beliefs and mindsets that shape the everyday habits and behaviors of individuals and teams.

Culture is the secret ingredient seasoning every action and interaction. It’s  about the hearts and minds of humans—it shapes what we do, what we don’t do, and how we do it.

When I talk about Culture-Centered Leadership, I’m talking about a reimagined approach to leadership that puts culture at the center of everything.

It’s an approach that develops wildly engaged teams who deliver market-topping, even unimaginable results; it brings out the best work in everyone, and creates a content and thriving workforce, because everyone steps up together.

This is a way to build your dream team, one where everyone takes initiative and delivers on their commitments. Everything you want relies on your employees’ experiences, and THAT relies on your culture.

I love helping leaders discover how easy it is to create a healthy culture—IF you’re in it together.

I intuitively know which curiosity itches to scratch in order to generate insights, instigate lasting behavior change, uncover hidden opportunities, and transform organizations from the inside-out.

If you’re ready to tackle the culture problem so you can get to work, let’s connect.
